Interesting functionality, simple design
Limited features, non-intuitive interface, lags a bit
Wiper: Private Texts and Calls for Android aims to help you expunge your call and chat communication history from not only your gizmo, but the person's you were communicating with too. This one is ideal if you want to keep things on the serious down-low.
Wiper: Private Texts and Calls is either a secret agent's dream app, or it's just being used by people who want to cheat on their wife and leave no tracks behind. Yes, I'm sure there are legitimate instances in which this app is useful, but let's face it, if you're planning ahead of time to wipe your communication history clean without a trace, from not only your phone but the recipient's phone too, then you're probably up to no good, a real honest to goodness spy, or just a hyper paranoid, delusional idiot. Don't believe me? Well, this app also allows you to send and receive private Bitcoins, so you can pay for those secret micro-files all hush-hush like a real spy, or pay that mistress you got on the side and keep it all on the down-low.
Whatever your motives, if you want to keep your texts and call history private, then this just might be the app for you. Basically, anyone you want to chat privately with needs to have this app, and it culls your contacts list for people to invite. Just send them a text message and encourage them to download this app. From there, just send and receive texts and make your calls as usual. Then, when the conversation turns sour, or you're embarrassed and regret something you said, or you just don't want prying eyes seeing your conversations, just hit the Wipe button, and the app literally erases the entire conversation from not only your gizmo, but the recipient's as well. Pretty cool.
Wiper: Private Texts and Calls certainly has its applications and functions well at what it does.
