Funny sounds, quality animation, lots of levels, really addictive
Glitches, challenging controls
The Voyage for Android is a decent game. It’s essentially brain teaser style puzzles, set to the backdrop of a pirate storybook. It’s inventive and entertaining.
The Voyage has some great animation. It plays out a little like an interactive Disney storybook. It’s charming and would be fun for kids and challenging for anyone. There’s 100 puzzles and you travel trough a pirate’s map with some animated segments that add some fun and interest. It’s kind of a pirate experience.
The downside to this otherwise great app is the glitchy controls. It’s just basic taps and slides, but they don’t always register and the accuracy definitely leaves a little to be desired. It all just got in the way of this fun game. I think it would take quite a while to work through these and they would be great exercise for your noodle. Brain teasers are just classic fun and the presentation and creativity is certainly worth checking out
The Voyage could be expanded. More puzzles could be added. But there’s a lot to do and fun to be had here for a dollar. That’s only 1cent per brain teaser. Really? Why are you even thinking about it? Just get it already!
