Google Docs for Android is a must have app. It puts the power and versatility of word processing right in the palm of your hand.
Microsoft Word has been the crown jewel of word processing for years. Now, Google has their version for Android and they're giving it away free. What could be better? Google Docs syncs with all your online G docs and the files are instantly available for editing and tweaking on the fly. All the basic and most used features are there, like formatting test, creating tables, bullets and all that good stuff. I don't recommend pecking away at a novel on your little Android's screen, but if that's what floats your boat, then this app can help you do it.
All the menus are well laid out and visually inviting. Everything unnecessary has been stripped away, leaving a clean and streamlined work space. Create new documents, open docs stored on the cloud, and it's completely compatible with Word docs. Documents are automatically saved you the cloud and instantly available on other devices. Great way to get work done on the go.
ResumeGoogle Docs is a great app, with the same look and feel of the desktop version for seamless integration. And it's free, so there's no reason not to get it.
