Review Lazors

Jay Feldman
Neat graphics, addictive game play
Unbalanced difficulty
Lazors for Android is a cool looking puzzler of a game with blocks and lasers. Move the blocks to bend the light and hit a specified target.
Lazors is a unique little game. There's a grid onscreen with reflective blocks and empty spaces they can occupy. A bright red laser beam shoots across the game board and your objective is to move the reflective blocks onto the empty spaces and bend the laser so it hits a target. As the levels progress, you're given more blocks and more complex configurations to discover in order to hit that target. The game gets very complicated in the advanced levels, adding blocks with special properties and multiple targets to hit. The game is challenging, but almost too difficult at times. Or maybe I just suck at this game; both truths are equally possible. Either way, this is a serious brainteaser.
The controls are just touches and swipes to move the blocks. The animation is cool to look at and has a futuristic element to it. There are tons of levels to play and this would definitely hold one's interest throughout. It's the kind of puzzler that will taunt your mind until you figure it out and hit that dang target.
The sounds are innocuous ticks and clicks, so this could be played anywhere without disrupting anyone but your own grey matter.
Lazors is unique and original with lots of intrigue and a cool look. The app's overall presentation is very modern and does the game justice. I enjoyed the solid play, and let's face it, lasers are just downright cool.
